B&E Goulandris Podcasts:
From Monet to Warhol
An instalment of five episodes dedicated to the evolution of Art History from 1870 onward
Following the success of the first instalment of the Basil & Elise Goulandris Foundation’s new podcast series, “B&E Goulandris Podcasts: an audio dive into the enchanting world of Art” continues with a special tribute to the exhibition From Monet to Warhol: Three generations, one collection, a journey through the evolution of Modern Art.
The second instalment of the series consists of five episodes that span more than 130 years of artistic creation. The exhibition’s curators, Marie Koutsomallis-Moreau and Marina Ferretti Boquillon, guide us through the exhibition and the more than twelve artistic movements presented. Painters George Rorris, Andreas Kontellis, Leda Kontogiannopoulou, Andreas Georgiadis and Manolis Anastasakos share their personal experiences, speaking about the artists who left a lasting mark on them.
Listeners have the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of how this iconic private collection—featured in the exhibition From Monet to Warhol—was formed, to learn more about artists they may already know and at the same time to discover new names.
The podcasts are available from December 3, 2025, exclusively for B&E Members and from December 6, 2025, on all platforms, on goulandris.gr, and in the Foundation’s temporary exhibition space.
