"A Thousand Faces in One"
Workshop for children aged 8–12 (in Greek)
Can you imagine a face that can look in every direction at once? And inside it, could there be… lots of different faces?
Pablo Picasso had a unique way of painting his portraits. He didn’t look at a face from just one angle. He observed it from here, from there, from above, from below… as if he were photographing it in his mind from every possible point of view!
And then he did something truly remarkable. He took all these different images, cut them into pieces and mixed them up. An eye here, a nose there, a mouth a little further away… And then he put them back together, creating a strange, colourful and one-of-a-kind portrait, like a puzzle.
Now it’s your turn! Play with the pieces and mix them up – can you hide a thousand faces inside one?
