The B&E Goulandris Foundation inaugurates on November 19 the cognitive empowerment workshop Art & Memory, which is offered free of charge and aims to activate and strengthen memory, concentration and creativity.

The workshop is designed for individuals diagnosed with Mild Cognitive Impairment or early-stage dementia, as well as people without an official diagnosis who feel they are becoming forgetful and wish to strengthen their memory. Drawing inspiration from the Collection of the B&E Goulandris Foundation, it includes a combination of specially designed sensory and creative activities, structured in a way that encourages active participation.

The programme supports cognitive and social health, aiming to activate and enhance memory, concentration and creativity. It takes place at the Foundation’s Children’s Workshop and is conducted by Notis Paraskevopoulos (Vice President of the Hellenic Initiative Against Alzheimer’s Disease – HIAAD) and clinical psychologist Vera Adamopoulou.
