The tour “Art & Migration in the Collection of the B&E Goulandris Foundation” focuses on the lives of 20th-century artists who had two homelands, exploring how the different cultural backgrounds of migrant painters and sculptors interact and respect one another, highlighting the uniqueness of each identity. The Netherlands and France in the work of Van Gogh, Greece and Spain in El Greco, and Europe and America in Max Ernst are just some of the examples that the public will have the opportunity to explore through an intercultural dialogue.
