"I See, I Hear, I Feel, I Paint"
Mindfulness workshop for parents and children aged 6-12, on the occasion of Slow Art Day 2025
The B&E Goulandris Foundation in Pangrati welcomes all visitors to Slow Art Day 2025 on Saturday, April 5, inviting them to live the unique experience of slow art.
Slow Art Day is a global event with a simple mission: to help as many people as possible discover the importance and the joy of slowly observing a work of art. It officially started in 2010 and ever since it has become an inextricable part of the programme of museums and galleries worldwide, with more than 1.500 events taking place annually all over the world, including Antarctica.
As part of Slow Art Day 2025, on Saturday April 5 from 10.00 to 11.30, B&E Goulandris Foundation is organising a specially designed mindfulness session addressed to parents and children aged 6-12, in a surprise location within the Museum. The session is conducted by the art historian, art educator and mindfulness instructor Lydia Petropoulou.
