"Sound & Art Immersion"

A series of immersive experiences at the B&E Goulandris Foundation (in Greek)

Wednesdays 22/10, 12/11, 17/12/2025 and 21/01, 18/02, 18/03, 01/04/2026 | 19.00–20.00

Starting on October 22, once a month the world of art meets the world of sound at the B&E Goulandris Foundation in the new, original multisensory experience Sound & Art Immersion—an opportunity to connect with art in a truly unique way.

Guided by experienced facilitators Natasha Banaka and Konstantina Spiliopoulou, we embark on a journey that blends colour, image and sound, making art feel more personal and approachable through a space of silent immersion. Using instruments such as Tibetan bowls and gongs, participants are carried into an atmosphere that sparks the imagination. These soundscapes transport us to an inner landscape, opening the door to a deeper connection with ourselves and the artworks around us.

Each immersive session blends sound with the observation of a different artwork, creating a personal and intimate connection with art that emerges through feelings and colours.

The sessions take place one Wednesday per month, from 19:00 to 20:00, with the first scheduled for October 22 in the Takis 1∞ temporary exhibition space.

* For greater comfort, we suggest bringing a yoga mat.
