Is ice cream allowed inside the Museum?
If it is no ordinary ice cream but an ice cream made out of porcelain, then yes it is!
At the workshop “Ice cream made out of porcelain!”, children aged 8 to 12 get inspired by the geometric patterns they see on the Museum’s paintings and then learn how to make molds, they discover the casting process and how to make a finished product. They transfer their drawings on the ceramic surface and then “glaze” it.
The ice cream is ready… it doesn’t need a freezer and the children can take their ceramic ice creams home wrapped in a special package!

Number of participants: Up to 12 children
Cost of participation: 14 €
Cost of participation for Young and Family Members: 11 €
* The cost of participation concerns one child only.
** Participants are advised to be at the Museum 15’ before the programme starts.
