Human Touch – “Mediterranean Touch”

The latest series of the B&E Goulandris Foundation’s Jazz at the Museum concerts, which explores different aspects of the Mediterranean region drawing inspiration from the exhibition “Neo-Impressionism in the Colours of the Mediterranean”, ends on Friday April 5 with the performance “Mediterranean Touch” by the Human Touch trio.

At the B&E Goulandris Foundation Amphitheatre concert, the well-known jazz trio Human Touch – David Lynch, Stavros Lantsias and Yiotis Kiourtsoglou – gets inspired by the colours, sounds and feelings associated with the Mediterranean Sea, as well as its significant cultural impact that far exceeds its size, and reproduces its unique soundscapes.

About the "Jazz at the Museum" series:

The B&E Goulandris Foundation presents Jazz at the Museum, a series of tribute concerts to different jazz genres. Once a month, jazz meets visual arts and together they take us on a music journey to the heart of jazz, at the B&E Goulandris Foundation Amphitheatre and under the artistic direction of Dimitris Tsakas.

In the latest series, jazz ensembles draw inspiration from the Foundation’s exhibition “Neo-Impressionism in the Colours of the Mediterranean” and explore different aspects of the Mediterranean region. The series kicked off with a concert by Savina Yannatou and Spyros Manesis, followed by the Sokratis Sinopoulos Quartet and then Dimitris Tsakas’ trio and will end on April 5 with Human Touch.
