Η συναυλία της Σαβίνας Γιαννάτου και του Σπύρου Μάνεση “Sea Through” στο Αμφιθέατρο του Ιδρύματος Β&Ε Γουλανδρή αναβάλλεται για την Παρασκευή 2 Φεβρουαρίου λόγω ασθένειας.

Τα εισιτήρια που έχουν εκδοθεί για την Παρασκευή 12 Ιανουαρίου ισχύουν κανονικά για τη νέα ημερομηνία διεξαγωγής.

Savina Yannatou & Spyros Manesis – Sea Through

Drawing inspiration from the exhibition “Neo-Impressionism in the Colours of the Mediterranean” and exploring different aspects of the Mediterranean region, the new series of the B&E Goulandris Foundation’s Jazz at the Museum concerts kicks off on January 12 (POSTPONED TO FEBRUARY 2) with the performance “Sea Through” by Savina Yannatou and Spyros Manesis.

Through an improvised dialogue with pianist Spyros Manesis, Savina Yannatou will perform songs from Southern Italy, Sardinia, Corsica, Lebanon, Spain, Greece and Northern Africa, in different languages and dialects, bringing to life the sea, the transparency and the light that prevail in the Mediterranean soundscapes.

About the "Jazz at the Museum" series

The B&E Goulandris Foundation presents Jazz at the Museum, a series of tribute concerts to different jazz genres. Once a month, jazz meets visual art and together they take us on a music journey to the heart of jazz, at the B&E Goulandris Foundation Amphitheatre and under the artistic direction of Dimitris Tsakas.

In this series, jazz ensembles draw inspiration from the Foundation’s exhibition “Neo-Impressionism in the Colours of the Mediterranean” and explore different aspects of the Mediterranean region. The series kicks off with Savina Yannatou and Spyros Manesis on January 12 (POSTPONED TO FEBRUARY 2) and will continue with the Sokratis Sinopoulos Quartet on February 9. The Dimitris Tsakas “Sonic Horizons Trio” feat. Stella Valasi & Kimon Karoutzos will follow on March 8 and the series will end on April 5, with a concert by Human Touch (Stavros Lantsias, David Lynch, Yiotis Kiourtsoglou).
