What colour defines your summer? What does your summer smell like, what would you feel if you could touch it and what kind of music would accompany it?

For yet another year, the B&E Goulandris Foundation welcomes the summer together with children!

At this year’s summer camp children aged 6-10 will have the opportunity to have fun in a creative way, as they discover new art techniques and applications while exploring painting and sculpture, ceramic art as well as music.

Through a creative and multisensory journey of exploration at indoor and outdoor venues, the children will develop their visual perspective as they get acquainted with important artworks of the Foundation’s Collection. The Athens Conservatoire, one of our favourite destinations, is once again part of our programme and Philippos Tsalachouris, composer and director of the Conservatoire’s Music Schools, will help the children explore the magical world of music.

Meanwhile we will also visit another one of our favourite destinations, the National Garden, that will become a source of inspiration for paintings and discussions related to our natural environment.

The B&E Goulandris Foundation’s Summer Camp will take place in two independent one-week sessions, June 17 to 21 and June 25 to 28 (for the 1st session click HERE).

Each session includes a snack (please inform us about any allergies).

Information about the camp’s detailed programme and the snack menu is available HERE.

* All materials selected for the Summer Camp are kid-friendly as well as environment-friendly, in line with sustainability and environmental protection.
