The B&E Goulandris Foundation, in collaboration with ceramist Elpida Kourtzi, is organising the pottery workshop for adults and teens (15+)
When the rain paints the ground” that will take place in two meetings, on Friday February 7 and Friday February 14.

Drawing inspiration from Claude Monet’s work “Rouen Cathedral in the Morning (Pink Dominant)”, that is part of the B&E Goulandris Foundation Collection, we will make unique ceramic utility objects. At the first meeting, starting with Monet’s captivating scenery, we will create our own work of art and we will make mugs and bowls. At the second meeting we will choose the colours we prefer and will apply high-temperature coating to our ceramic works.

A week after the completion of the second meeting, all participants will be able to pick up their works from the Museum.
