Three artistic movements come to life through the new series of interactive tours in the Collection of the B&E Goulandris Foundation, taking place on Saturdays in March, April, and May, respectively.

Discover the most fundamental movements of the 20th century and become artists yourselves on this creative journey through time. Starting in 1900s France, with stops in interwar and postwar Spain and Germany, the final destination is the Foundation’s Library, which transforms into an atelier where we will create our own artworks on canvas.

The first tour begins on Saturday, March 8, with the month dedicated to Cubism—a movement that emerged in 1907 in France, led by Pablo Picasso and Georges Braque. You will first explore the Cubist artworks in the Foundation’s Collection and then create your own Cubist portrait on canvas, drawing inspiration from these two artists.

* No prior experience with painting is required to participate in the interactive tour.
